Here at No Retreat Clothing we carefully check and hand pack every order with great care. We send out all parcels by first class post the following working day after the order has been placed.
RETURNS

We will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible. Our return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since the day you recieved your order, a refund or exchange will no longer be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging with labels attached and in a suitable condition for No Retreat Clothing to resell the product.
Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging. If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us on [email protected] and we will be able to assist you further and advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
